Subscription Overview

Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and the service will terminate immediately upon cancellation. No refunds or pro-rated billing will be provided.
Optional Add-Ons: Additional credits for extra sessions may be purchased separately.

2. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All intellectual property, video rights, and images generated through the subscription service are the sole property of Unleashed Core.
Clients receive a lifetime license to use the media for commercial purposes.
If the content generates revenue beyond the scope of Unleashed Core's services, Unleashed Core is entitled to 5% of all monetization earnings derived from the content.

3. Subcontractor Involvement

Video filming and editing services are outsourced to subcontractors. Unleashed Core does not assume responsibility for any legal issues arising from subcontractor actions.
Subcontractors are solely responsible for managing legal claims related to their actions. Any legal action taken against Unleashed Core that pertains to subcontractor behavior will be deferred to the subcontractor.
Subcontractors are legally prohibited from contacting clients directly for business purposes. Communication with clients must be conducted exclusively through Unleashed Core in compliance with a signed Non-Aggression Agreement.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used for the purpose of providing and improving the subscription services.
No client information will be shared with subcontractors or third parties beyond what is required for the delivery of services.

5. Scope of Service

The subscription covers only the services explicitly described above. Usage is limited to the included benefits unless additional credits are purchased for extra sessions.
Unleashed Core reserves the right to revise service offerings and subscription terms with prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Unleashed Core is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of subcontractor services or the media created through the subscription.
Clients agree to hold Unleashed Core harmless for any third-party claims related to the usage of generated content.
Unleashed Core is not liable for any legal action taken against clients based on media generated through the subscription service.
Any claims, disputes, or legal actions resulting from the content of the media—including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, defamation, or breach of regulations—are the sole responsibility of the client.
Should such a claim arise, Unleashed Core will defer all legal accountability to the client. By subscribing, the client agrees to indemnify and hold Unleashed Core harmless for any such actions or claims.
Clients are encouraged to review all content generated during their subscription to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Furthermore, the client assumes full responsibility for obtaining any necessary permissions, releases, or rights related to the use of the media, including but not limited to likenesses, trademarks, or copyrighted materials appearing in the content.

7. Termination of Service

Upon cancellation, all active services will cease immediately. Unleashed Core retains ownership of all intellectual property generated during the subscription period, as outlined in Section 2.

8. Client Responsibility for Scheduling Media Days

It is the client’s sole responsibility to schedule media days for the production of content as part of their subscription.
If no media days are scheduled during a billing cycle and no content is produced as a result, this is entirely the responsibility of the client. Unleashed Core is not liable for unused media days or unproduced content in such cases.
Unused media days do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles. Failure to schedule and utilize media days within the subscription period does not entitle the client to refunds, credits, or extensions.
Clients are encouraged to schedule their media days promptly to ensure timely content creation and avoid disruptions to their marketing plans.

9. Responsibility for Incidents During Media Days

Unleashed Core is not responsible for any incidents, accidents, or claims made against a client arising from activities during a media day.
If such a claim or incident occurs, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other liabilities, it is the sole responsibility of the subcontractor to address and resolve the matter.
The subcontractor is required to maintain adequate insurance and comply with all safety and legal requirements to mitigate risks during media day activities.
By subscribing, the client acknowledges that Unleashed Core does not oversee or directly manage media day operations and therefore cannot be held liable for any occurrences during these sessions.
